By making a reservation or applying at the time of check-in, customers are considered to have read and agreed to the information on our website and these Terms and Conditions.
- Using Our Services
- 1. We do not accept pregnant customers.
If you find out you are pregnant after making a reservation, please contact us before the cancellation deadline.
If you wear a kimono while pregnant and do not inform us in advance,
we cannot take any responsibility for any trouble or health issues that may occur.
2. If you are feeling unwell, please do not use our service.
Especially in summer, walking outside in unfamiliar clothing can increase the risk of heatstroke.
Please manage your health at your own responsibility.
3. Pets are not allowed in the store.
All kimonos are shared rental items, and some customers may have allergies.
Even if your pet is in a bag, entry will not be allowed.
Also, please do not leave pets outside the store entrance, as this may disturb our neighbors and could lead to theft or harm.
We are not responsible for any incidents involving pets.
You can stay inside the shop only until you are fully dressed and ready to go, and again when you return the kimono.
After you leave, you cannot come back just to rest or charge your phone.
4. Only the minimum number of non-customers (companions) may enter the shop.
Depending on how busy the store is, we may ask your companions to wait outside.
- Reservations
- 1. Before making a reservation, please read our website and Terms of Use carefully.
Make sure you understand our policies before submitting your request.
2. Our online reservation system is only in Japanese.
If you would like to book in English, please contact us by email, Instagram, or Facebook message.
3. Online reservations are treated as temporary until we confirm them.
After we review your request, we will contact you to confirm your booking.
If we need to make changes or verify details, we will reach out using the phone number or email address you provided.
If we cannot reach you, your reservation may be cancelled.
- Changes & Cancellations
- 1. You can cancel or change your reservation until 12:00 noon (Japan time) the day before.
Please contact us via the reservation system, email, or Instagram before the deadline.
2. If you cancel or change your reservation after the deadline, you will be charged the full price of your original plan.
Reservation discounts will not apply to cancellations.
3. If you suspect an infectious illness, please contact us. We may be able to reschedule your booking.
4. For safety reasons, we may close the shop and cancel services during extreme weather conditions such as heavy rain, floods, or typhoons.
In such cases, we are not responsible for any inconvenience caused, as it is considered a force majeure.
- Late Arrival
- 1. Please arrive at your reserved start time.
If you arrive late, the reservation discount will no longer apply.
2. If you arrive more than 10 minutes late without contacting us, it will be treated as a no-show.
In this case, we will charge the full cancellation fee.
If there is availability, we may still serve you, but we cannot guarantee how long the wait will be.
3. If you arrive more than 20 minutes early, we may not be able to assist you before your reserved time.
In some cases, we may ask you to leave and return at your reservation time.
- Kimono Return
- 1. Please return your rental kimono (including all accessories) to the shop by the designated return time.
The return time is basically 5:00 PM.
If your reservation starts after 1:00 PM, you get a free 30-minute extension, so the return time becomes 5:30 PM.
2. If you return the kimono late, a late fee will be charged.
The fee is 2,000 yen, plus 1,000 yen for every additional 15 minutes.
Time is based on the radio-controlled clock in our shop and the moment we receive the kimono at the second-floor counter.
If you return the kimono on the following day (except for pre-approved next-day return), you will be charged an overnight fee:
- 4,000 yen/day for standard kimono
- 8,000 yen/day for Hakama or Furisode
3. After 4:00 PM, priority for using the changing space is given to new customers.
You may need to wait before you can change out of your kimono.
Please return with enough time before your next plans (e.g., restaurant reservations), as we cannot take responsibility for delays.
4. The service ends once the kimono is returned.
After that, we cannot hold your luggage, allow you to change outfits, or help with hairstyling.
- Damage or Stains
- 1. If the kimono or accessories are stained or damaged, a cleaning or compensation fee will be charged.
The amount depends on the severity of the damage, item type, and fabric.
In severe cases, you may be asked to purchase the item.
Please be especially careful of hard-to-remove stains such as blood, soy sauce, oil, paint, or ink, and of holes or tears.
2. If you spill food or drinks on the kimono, gently dab the area with a tissue or towel.
Do not try to wash it with water, as this may cause shrinking or the stain to spread—especially for premium kimono.
Improper handling may increase the cleaning fee.
3. If you notice any stains or damage, please inform us at the time of return.
If we can identify the type of stain, the cleaning fee may be lower.
4. Please avoid driving, drinking alcohol, or smoking while wearing the kimono.
- Luggage Storage
- 1. We can store your belongings for free if they fit in our designated bag (45×40×18 cm).
This is mainly for clothing and shoes. The following items cannot be stored under any circumstances:
- Valuables (keys, luxury goods, wallets, cash, passports, etc.)
- Electronic devices (laptops, cameras, gaming consoles, tablets, etc.)
- Dangerous items (flammable or explosive materials)
- Perishables (fresh food, frozen/refrigerated items, or anything that may leak or spoil)
- Items that go against public morals
- Fragile or easily deformed items
- Any other items we deem inappropriate to store
2. Large items that don’t fit in our bag—such as big backpacks, suitcases, or strollers—require an extra fee of 500 yen per item.
3. We do not store clothes or coats on hangers.
4. Please note that we are not responsible for any loss, theft, or damage to your belongings while in our temporary storage.
- Photography Inside the Shop
- 1. You are allowed to take photos or videos inside the shop, as long as it does not disturb other customers.
2. We may ask you to stop filming in the following situations, and you are expected to follow our staff’s instructions:
- If other customers are visible in your photo or video
- If you're in a shared changing area, even if others are not directly in the frame
- If the filming interferes with our service or delays the process
(For example: our staff is ready to begin dressing you, but must wait for camera setup,
or dressing must be done one by one for filming purposes when normally done in pairs)
3. If filming is your main purpose, please contact us in advance. We offer private rental options for a separate fee.
- Prohibited Activities in the Shop
- 1. No outside food or drinks are allowed in the shop.
Please make sure to dispose of any drinks, food with sauce, open cups, or other messy containers before entering,
as spills may damage the kimono or the shop interior.
2. Please do not throw away trash in the shop, except for items provided during your rental (e.g. hand towels from the restroom, hair ties used during styling).
Dispose of trash such as food wrappers from street snacks at the shop where you bought them.
3. Makeup is not allowed inside the shop.
Also, if you are not using our hairstyling service, self-styling your hair inside the shop is not permitted.
